Weekend Practice Meetings for Members - 2012 dates now available
How to book
Practice meetings are for DSWA members only.
All attendees must pre-book by contacting the appropriate instructor directly as follows - Adrian Walker (07854 795357), Steve Clifton (07817 939476), Andrew Brown-Jackson (07719 329311), Edd Smith (07941 624075) or Dave Taylor (07759 025237). The attendance fee is £10 per member per day, payable on site. Junior members can attend free of charge. If you book a place and then cannot attend, please phone the instructor and let him know as most weekends are over subscribed.

Wherever possible, DDSWA signs or flags will be placed to indicate where to turn into the site.
Blinder House is between Great Low and Pomeroy and is accessed via a single track road off the A515 Buxton to Ashbourne road. It is the only house in the area and is marked on OS landranger map 119. Postcode is SK17 9QG.
Belper Amateurs Cricket Club is near the village of Alderwasley. Follow the A6 to Belper, Turn at the traffic lights (The Triangle, Belper) Signposted A517 Ashbourne. Follow the road for 1 mile, then take a right turn, signposted Alderwasley/Belper Lane End (Dalley Lane/Gorses), then continue straight ahead for 2.5 miles then turn left signposted Ashleyhay/Alport (Palerow lane), then 1st right onto Sandyford lane.The ground is the next turning on the right. Alternative route coming south on A6 from Matlock. Turn Right at Ambergate CC to Alderwasley/ Alport. Follow road to end turn left, pass the ground on the right hand side take next right and right again on to Sandyford lane. Look out for the DSWA sign. The stone here is Gritstone. Burrs Mount Farm is in Great Hucklow. Take the B6049 turn North East from the A623 and then turn right towards Great Hucklow. Look out for the DSWA signs. Postcode is SK17 8RF. The stone here is Sandstone.
Bushey Heath Farm is on Tideswell Moor. Look out for the DSWA sign. Postcode is SK17 8JE. The stone here is Limestone. http://busheyheathfarm.com/

The start and finish times are the same for all meetings, 9.30am to 4.30pm. You will need to bring with you strong footwear (preferably steel toecaps), gloves, waterproofs, packed lunch, drink and a smile.
